Mary Brunelle Simon is a Leadership and Organization Development professional with 20 plus years of experience in corporate, government, not-for-profit, academic and entrepreneurial environments. She has worked closely with teams as well as founders, senior leaders, managers, executives, corporate boards and executive committees.
As a trusted advisor, facilitator and member, Mary has worked to improve performance, effectiveness and communication among members of executive teams and boards.
Ms. Simon has directed initiatives involving alignment between members of a team, strategic planning, performance improvement, conflict resolution and culture/organization development. She has proven experience in effectively surfacing tough issues and transforming them into sources of productivity, professional development and organizational growth.

Ms. Simon is the author of a book on negotiation strategies, published by John Wiley & Sons in 1998, and has been quoted in Smart Money, The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe and Business Week Online. She has been a featured speaker on the topic of negotiation at national and regional conferences.
Mary holds a Master of Science degree from The University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Earlham College. She is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership 360 Benchmark suite of assessments and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Her background includes seven years residence in Germany, Austria and Denmark, and extensive travel in Europe, South America and the United States and language skills in German and Danish. Mary lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and 15-year-old daughter. In her community, she is a leader (volunteer) on the Strategic Planning Committee for the highly regarded local public school district and for special community projects.
